Job Description:

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who sees design as more than aesthetics—it’s emotion, clarity, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll shape how Atoms is seen and felt across email, social, paid media, and web. You'll work closely with our CEO, marketing team, and agency partners to bring ideas to life. It's an early-career role with a creative runway—perfect for someone self-driven, curious, and ready to grow into a future creative leader. You'll have a front-row seat to how a thoughtful brand is built—and the opportunity to help lead its evolution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design clean, on-brand emails, landing pages, and campaign visuals
  • Create and edit product and lifestyle imagery that brings our product & brand story to life
  • Support social and paid media with high-performing creative assets
  • Translate Atoms’ brand values—comfort, quality, emotion—into every visual detail
  • Collaborate with our marketing and agency teams to align on brand storytelling
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and workflows to stay sharp and move fast
  • Help maintain a scalable visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Stay hands-on: organize files, prep assets, and polish the little things

Requirements:

  • Have a sharp eye and a thoughtful design portfolio
  • Know your way around Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Can design for email, social, and landing pages—clean and conversion-ready
  • Obsess over typography, spaces, layout, and the way things feel
  • Are curious about new tool (i.e. AI) and excited to use it to spark new ideas
  • Can self-manage and move quickly in a collaborative team
  • Want to grow into a creative leader and help shape the future of Atoms

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting performance-focused campaigns (email CTR, paid ads, etc.)
