Job Description:

At Massimo Dutti, we are looking for a Visual Commercial to join our store team and play a key role in delivering an inspiring brand experience while driving commercial performance. The ideal candidate has a strong visual and commercial skills, creativity, product orientation and experience in Visual Merchandising roles. You will ensure that product display and store image fully reflect the brand’s concept and standards, using sales analysis, market trends and pilot store references to support commercial decision-making. Working closely with store management and area teams, you will contribute to a strong visual and commercial impact and an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain high visual standards across all store areas, displays and product layouts
  • Translate commercial and sales data into visual and merchandising actions that maximize impact and results
  • Coordinate window changes, product rotations and new product launches in line with company guidelines
  • Act as a role model on the sales floor, advising customers and supporting the team with product knowledge and styling
  • Collaborate with store and area management, sharing insights on product performance, competitors and trends
  • Use digital tools and systems to optimize product placement and stock management
  • Support daily store operations when required, contributing to effective team coordination
