Visitor Services Team Member

Join the Visitor Services team at the National Aquarium of New Zealand on a 1-year fixed term contract and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This varied role rotates across admissions, retail, café, and events, giving you the chance to welcome visitors, sell tickets and tours, serve in the café, support retail sales, and help deliver functions and birthday parties. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive roster that ensures a fair share of weekends off. We’re looking for someone with great people skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You’ll bring experience in customer service, hospitality or retail, be confident with cash handling and computers, and enjoy working as part of a team.
