Job Description:

Provides service, information and aid to the patients, guests, staff and physicians of University Health. Serves as a positive representative of University Health and supports University Health’s Commitment to Service Excellence standards. Responds to requests for assistance and provides patrol of property to ensure the safety and security of life and property of patients, visitors, staff and physicians on all property owned, leased, rented or otherwise under the jurisdiction and control of University Health. Promotes the organization’s Guest Relations Policy.
