The position of Visitor Experience Modern Apprentice is an opportunity to carry out the role of a Visitor Experience Assistant whilst also undertaking a qualification in Customer Service alongside it.
Job Responsibility:
Be proactive, approachable and visitor focussed in being ready to offer assistance, directions and exceptional customer service to our visitors
Promote and support a broad range of public programmes, exhibitions and events
Develop and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of the Museum's collections, displays, objects and stories, and activities
Work towards your Customer Service qualification through online training, development and assessment.
Requirements:
SVQ Level 2 in Customer Services
Effective communication skills
Working with others

Information and Communications Technology
