Requirements:
An earned Ph.D. or Ed.D. in educational leadership or a related field
Valid Texas principal and superintendent (TEA-issued certificates)
At least three years of experience working in an accredited public or independent school setting as a school leader
Demonstrated success or the potential for success in teaching graduate courses related to educational leadership and research methods
Demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision, and values of TCU, the College of Education, and the Department of Educational Leadership & Higher Education
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and staff
Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills
An academic record of excellence in teaching and service appropriate to rank.
