Job Description

As a Visiting Associate in IT Consulting at BCG Platinion, you will work closely with consulting teams to develop IT strategies, analyze architectures, and optimize processes for clients across diverse industries. This internship offers hands-on experience in technical analysis, project content preparation, and data analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of IT strategies, concepts and solutions at the customer site and at office locations
  • Provide support for the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments
  • Independently prepare IT-related project content such as the analysis and optimization of IT processes and IT value chains
  • Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data

Requirements

  • Advanced stage of master’s studies in computer science, business informatics or a related discipline
  • Very good IT skills
  • First practical experience via internships or as working student (SW-development, IT project management, IT services processes)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Professional in using MS-Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
  • Extremely customer- and results-oriented
  • Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
