Vision Operator, Coronation Street

• Acquisition of high quality picture output in studio and on location shoots for the Coronation Street production
• Managing the end-to-end vision chain - from camera sensors and CCUs to final ingest
• Ensure all captured media on the studio floor and external lot meets stringent broadcast standards while maintaining the show's established visual continuity and 'look'

• Minimum 12 Months experience in a studio production environment with working knowledge of video and audio technologies
• Ideally, an Engineering qualification in Electronics (or similar) to HND/Degree level
• Strong knowledge of broadcast cameras, camera control units (CCUs), and video systems
• Solid understanding of SDI and IP-based broadcast technologies
• Must have the ability to qualitatively assess and correct the colourimetry of video images
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with all departments, Including cast and crew

Full driving licence preferable
