Working closely with specialist partners, you will help ensure every element of a client's financial life is aligned and well managed. Relationships sit at the heart of this role. You will develop lasting connections with High Net Worth clients by listening carefully and understanding what matters most to them. You will deliver bespoke solutions that support both financial and lifestyle goals. This may include retirement planning, wealth growth and protection, or navigating complex financial decisions. Through virtual engagement, you will offer clarity, continuity, and reassurance. Requirements

  • Building and nurturing relationships within a High Net Worth client base
  • Using internal partnerships and external networks to grow and sustain a client portfolio
  • Holding RDR Level 4 qualification, ideally with experience in wealth planning
  • Working in a client‑facing role supporting individuals and families with complex financial needs
  • Developing a clear understanding of clients’ goals, priorities, and circumstances
  • Providing tailored advice across a wide range of wealth management solutions

Nice to have

  • Experience providing regulated advice to High Net Worth clients within the UK
  • The ability to develop a client base through long‑term relationships, collaboration, and referrals
  • A considered approach to personalised advice that balances client outcomes with responsible commercial thinking
  • A good understanding of FCA requirements and the ability to meet approved‑person standards on an ongoing basis
