As a Virtual Renewals Specialist in Oeiras, Portugal (On-Site) you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media. And be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and contact partners holding current services and software renewal contracts to ensure engagement with customers, proposal creation, renewal timeline management, and mitigation of renewal risk
  • Interact with customers regarding upcoming renewals to address concerns, provide install base information, and review proposals
  • Track and manage all renewal opportunities due within 90 days using Salesforce and internal CRM platforms
  • Update opportunity details (notes, expected deal amount, expected book date, and attrition risk) at least biweekly
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts based on updates from partners and customers regarding deal timelines and purchase order processes
  • Ensure timely contract renewals by engaging with partners and coordinating with distributors to move renewals through commerce platform
  • Track and confirm bookings allocation, tagging deals appropriately in internal tools, and closing opportunities in Salesforce upon confirmation
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to maximize renewal rates and recurring revenue

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree (mandatory)
  • Highly proficient in French, both written and verbal (C1) and fluency in English
  • Experience in renewals or sales of services and/or software agreements
  • Skilled in tracking and managing large volumes of renewals or sales opportunities
  • A track record of submitting accurate weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales forecasts
  • Experience managing customer inventory, contracts, or agreements
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and other database tracking tools
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Familiar with internal communication platforms such as Teams and Webex
  • Proven expertise in renewals sales, with a successful history of driving contract renewals and maximizing recurring revenue
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to renewals and sales settings

Experience using tools such as : MBR, CCWR, SFDC
