Job Responsibility:
Provide professional and reliable virtual assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Assist in managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized inbox
Support project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant in US B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail
Proficiency in using various productivity tools and software (e.g., Slack, Google Cloud Suite, project management tools)
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently, while also being a team player
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
