Job Responsibility

  • Provide professional and reliable virtual assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Assist in managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized inbox
  • Support project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant in US B2B environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using various productivity tools and software (e.g., Slack, Google Cloud Suite, project management tools)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently, while also being a team player
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
