This is an open-call posting to join our Virtual Assistant talent pool. Job Responsibility:

Email and calendar management
Customer service and inbox support
Data entry and spreadsheet organization
Social media scheduling and engagement
CRM maintenance and light project coordination
Travel planning, appointment booking, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

Experience in administration, coordination, or executive support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-comfortable: familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or similar tools
Self-directed with a high level of professionalism
Located in Canada with a stable internet connection and home office setup

Nice to have:

Bonus if you've worked remotely before or have experience in customer service, social media, or bookkeeping
