We are representing a prestigious luxury travel company specialising in crafting ultra-high-end, tailor-made journeys for private clients. Renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service, they curate some of the most exclusive travel experiences in the world.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced VIP Travel Operations Executive to join their London team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the company’s highest value bookings, coordinating complex arrangements, liaising with global suppliers, and ensuring flawless execution for UHNW clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a world-class luxury travel environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the operational delivery of ultra-luxury tailor-made itineraries, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection
  • Book and coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, dining, activities and VIP arrangements, liaising with suppliers to secure the finest experiences
  • Liaise with hotel management and service providers to ensure seamless delivery and follow-up on all VIP services
  • Support senior consultants with itinerary preparation, client updates and key organisational tasks
  • Assist with client communication where needed, maintaining a polished, discreet and high-touch approach
  • Handle complex administrative elements including confirmations, amendments, invoicing and documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, DMCs and luxury partners
  • Support leadership with occasional PA-style tasks such as arranging meetings, preparing materials and coordinating internal admin
  • Contribute to event-related travel and logistics, with opportunities to travel on client events when required
  • Stay informed on luxury travel trends, elite hotel brands and exclusive experiences to support exceptional trip design

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ultra luxury / private travel
  • Proficiency with a GDS, preferably Amadeus
  • University degree preferred
  • Strong operational and supplier-management
  • Highly organised, structured and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to support UHNW client interactions when required
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of luxury service standards
  • Insight and interest in high-end hospitality, luxury brands, arts and exclusive experiences
  • Proactive, service-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Execute advance preparations and security assessments of sites, residences, and events to ensure thorough, efficient, and proportionate, threat-based security measures
