Calling All Experienced Corporate Travel Consultants! We're looking for a talented and driven VIP Travel Consultant to join our FCM team, delivering seamless, high-touch travel management for a select portfolio of high-profile corporate clients. Job Responsibility
Managing end-to-end business travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including international air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS
Applying strong fares knowledge to handle complex itineraries, ticket exchanges and Phase IVs with accuracy and efficiency
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders across large market organisations
Adhering to company procedures, account guidelines and service standards across ticketing and GDS productivity
Delivering on all travel requests within designated SLAs, balancing speed with precision
Collaborating with your team to ensure every VIP client receives a consistently outstanding experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in travel consulting or travel management
Strong expertise in complex fares and itineraries
High level GDS proficiency - Sabre experience highly regarded
Self-ticketing capability is a definite advantage
Experience in high-end corporate travel is highly desirable
Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills
A proactive, positive attitude with solid business acumen

OTE over $90,000 (comprising $60,000 base + uncapped monthly incentives) + super, with an initial guarantee of $80,000 + super
