Job Description:

We are seeking a Team Leader for our VIP Tour Guide team that deliver our Longleat VIP experiences. This role will work alongside the VIP Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the VIP department on a daily basis, maintaining the highest levels of guest service during VIP tours. The role works with a small and experienced team, completing departmental duties with responsibility for supervising the team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department. This will include the resolution of a range of guest and staff queries or issues, and so the role will appeal to someone that is diplomatic as well as solution focused.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead VIP team in delivering memorable experiences and outstanding guest service
  • Develop and implement departmental training including emergency procedures
  • Ensure Safari Bus and VIP Truck routine checks are completed
  • Drive guests on VIP experiences throughout the Safari and Adventure Park
  • Monitor and completion of health and safety checks, and any department specific checks
