Job Description

The Associate VIP Services Associate is responsible for working in social gaming (retaining, reactivating VIP Players). Developing new VIP customers, increasing player lifetime value, and revenue contribution for assigned VIP customers. Key objective is to manage the VIP player base with corresponding revenues as directed by VIP Team Manager. Proactive outbound communication is essential in this role to grow players.

Job Responsibility

  • Cultivating and developing relationships and serves as a trusted consultant to our most financially invested players
  • Delivering Player feedback and players sentiment for studios to build out VIP driven features
  • Serve as a SciPlay game portfolio expert and act as a liaison between our highest value players and each studio to resolve bugs and maintain retention
  • Support VIP Team Manager and/or VIP Experience Manager with VIP Events
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Possess effective communication and presentation skills
  • Weekly Meeting with VIP team Manager, VIP Experience Manager and Retention Manager to provide VIP's feedback
  • Pro-actively make outbound calls to clients providing them with information and promotional opportunities
