Job Responsibility

  • Own a defined book of high-value players with clear targets for revenue, retention, and LTV expansion
  • Operate as a commercial owner, every interaction has intention and impact
  • Build genuine relationships paired with disciplined outreach rhythms
  • Identify opportunities early: upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, churn rescue
  • Deliver tailored bonuses, promos, and bespoke experiences backed by ROI
  • Monitor daily player health: activity shifts, deposit behavior, risk signals, win/loss swings
  • Intervene at decisive moments: activation, cold streaks, hot streaks, dormancy, near-churn
  • Maintain clean, precise documentation of every interaction and decision
