Job Description:

At Kisaco Research, we deliver market-leading B2B events across global markets. This role sits within our Tech portfolio, working on our flagship event, the AI Infra Summit. We’re looking for a commercially driven salesperson to focus exclusively on high-value VIP ticket sales (£5k+), engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers across global tech organisations. These VIP passes are positioned at a similar price point to entry-level sponsorship packages, making this role a natural bridge between Delegate Sales and Sponsorship Sales, with greater exposure to high-value, strategic selling. This is a targeted, outbound-led role, complemented by opportunities to upgrade existing delegates into premium VIP packages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive revenue for the AI Infra Summit through high-value VIP partnerships (£5k+ packages)
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers across key tech accounts
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Upgrade existing confirmed delegates into premium VIP passes where relevant
  • Lead value-driven sales conversations, focused on ROI and strategic relevance
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Consistently convert qualified prospects into premium attendees

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in delegate sales or a similar B2B sales role
  • Proven experience selling higher-value deals (£3k–£10k+)
  • Strong outbound capability, including cold prospecting
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders in consultative sales cycles
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience working on large-scale events (LSEs) or high-revenue portfolios, with an understanding of the pace, complexity, and commercial expectations
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management discipline
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to sell on value rather than price
What we offer:
  • £100 personal development budget & £200 personal wellness budget
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)
  • Access to the best Sales Tech – including Gong, Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo
  • 25 days of annual leave (in addition to bank holidays) + an additional day off for your birthday each year
  • 1 extra day of annual leave per year up to 30 days total
  • Regular social and charitable events and annual Summer & Christmas parties
  • A role with purpose – helping shape the future of key global industries
  • Clear progression route into Sponsorship Sales
  • Work in a collaborative, high-performing team
