Job Description:

Maintains all areas impeccable, complies with hygiene standards, supports daily operations, and ensures a safe and pleasant environment for guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote the space actively with full knowledge of all services
  • Be aware of the cost of products and materials
  • Work carefully and report any breakages, damaged materials, etc.
  • Keep the room, bathrooms, showers, and common areas clean (following established procedures)
  • Complete all daily or weekly cleaning tasks as assigned by the Lounge Manager or Operations Supervisor
  • Communicate any product shortages and assist in preparing replenishment orders
  • Assist in setting up the Lounge before breakfast, collecting materials, and cleaning up afterwards
  • Participate in area and department meetings and assigned training courses
  • Stay informed about overall objectives
  • Follow instructions from the manager/supervisor on duty
  • Report any complaints or compliments
  • Be flexible with schedule changes
  • Perform shift exchanges and obtain relevant information (VIP clients, tasks needing clarification or completion, special events) to pass on to the next shift
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and organized
  • Safely handle technical room equipment
  • report any malfunctions
  • Follow safety instructions set by airport authorities
  • Perform Deep Cleaning once a month

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, or premium spaces
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
  • Experience with deep cleaning
  • Basic knowledge of airport security regulations (preferred)
  • English is not mandatory
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Organization and autonomy
