We are seeking a VIP & Influence Coordinator to support VIP and PR initiatives across the Americas. This role partners closely with regional teams and global counterparts to support celebrity dressing, product placements, gifting initiatives, and administrative operations, contributing to brand visibility, image, and business impact.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate approved women’s and men’s celebrity dressing requests across the Americas, including communication with stylist teams and internal partners
Support VIP fittings, sample preparation, tailoring coordination, and on-site assistance as needed
Oversee gifting initiatives, including outreach, packaging, shipping, tracking, and recap reporting
Monitor media coverage, image wire platforms, and competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities
Research and track emerging talent
contribute to regular talent and activity reports
Support VIP activations, fashion shows, and event-related initiatives
Provide administrative and calendar support for senior communications leadership
Maintain accurate records within internal tracking and inventory systems
Ensure showroom, sample closet, and materials are organized and maintained to brand standards
Support departmental administration and coordination, including internship program activities
Work independently and proactively, particularly during travel periods or high-activity moments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Prior experience in luxury fashion, communications, PR, or celebrity relations preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
Flexible schedule with availability to support events, travel, or non-standard hours when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office
