As VIP Experience Sales Manager at RX, you’ll lead the development and delivery of buyer acquisition strategies, while working with teams across a matrix organization. You'll work alongside a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning and delivery of buyer acquisition and conversion for your events
Shape and execute visitor and buyer recruitment strategies aligned with event objectives and audience segmentation
Build and manage high-value buyer relationships (individual and group), ensuring satisfaction, retention, and event ROI
Effectively manage large scale, senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event technology teams to drive optimum matchmaking outcomes
Analyse buyer data to inform buyer programme improvements and present strategic insights to leadership
Attend major events to support buyer experience, provide real-time issue resolution, and represent the RX brand
Requirements:
Proven experience within B2B account management, marketing or event industry
Proven track record managing complex client relationships across global markets
Confident building networks and partnerships with stakeholders
Experience of having telephone conversations with senior leaders
Experienced at using data to support decision making
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Comfortable with international travel and onsite hosting duties
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and event platforms
