The VIP Concierge provides high touch support to VIPs by anticipating needs, coordinating vehicle related services, and serving as a liaison between VIPs and internal departments. This role ensures all VIP vehicle operations, logistics, and requests are handled with timeliness, accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Anticipate VIP needs and provide exceptional guest experience
Greet VIPs warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and attended to
Respond promptly and professionally to VIP phone and email inquiries
Act as a liaison between VIPs and internal departments including Facilities, Security, Human Resources, Legal, National Service Garage (NSG), and others as needed
Coordinate all VIP vehicle requests, including arranging transportation to various locations (local and out-of-state)
Maintain VIP vehicles, including washing, fueling, registration renewal stickers, insurance cards, relocating personal items between vehicles, and assisting with luggage
Create and execute Vehicle Loan Agreements for approved vendor drivers for events. Ensure each driver has cleared and approved MVR
coordinate temporary spaces when VIPs are driving vehicles
Process VIP vehicles through the NSG for routine maintenance as well as MLE inspections prior to usage for events
Develop and utilize ad hoc reports to monitor, track, and resolve accuracy-critical and time-sensitive issues at NHQ
Manage all company vehicle accident communication with VIPs, including processing accident reports, coordinating repairs, payment, investigation updates, and damage surveys
Support the Manager, Vehicle Administration, with VIP requests
Assist with vehicle preparation for Leases, Department Cars, Pool Cars, and other fleet needs during slower periods
Other duties as assigned by the Client and/or MSXI
