Job Description:

This is a permanent, on-site role where you will own player engagement and product excellence within the horse racing vertical, delivering an exceptional experience to our most valuable bettors. You will work closely with trading, product, marketing, and risk teams to shape a market-leading racing offering that drives retention and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key horse racing players
  • Provide insights to improve product features, promotions, and customer experience
  • Analyse player activity and product metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to optimise horse racing offerings (pre-race and in-play)
  • Stay current on racing markets, events, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in betting, gaming, or sportsbook, with predominant horse racing experience
  • Proven player account management or VIP relationship experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of horse racing markets, odds, and betting behaviour
