Villas Operations Manager

• Ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, managing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Overseeing check-in/check-out procedures and concierge services
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a small team of cleaning, maintenance, and administrative staff
• Fostering a positive, efficient, and service-oriented work environment
• Coordinating and supervising necessary repairs and preventative maintenance with external contractors
• Managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing cost-efficiency
• Handling basic administrative tasks, including supplier management and inventory control
• Working closely with the booking and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication regarding occupancy and pricing

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the hospitality or villa/short-term rental sector
• Must be willing and able to live and work on-site in the Gytheio/Mani region
• This is not purely an administrative role
• the ideal candidate is comfortable being highly visible and actively involved in day-to-day tasks
• Fluency in English is essential
• Proficiency in Greek is highly desirable to effectively manage local staff and suppliers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, high discretion, strong organizational skills
