Job Description:

The Villas Manager will be responsible for the Villas Department in the absence of the Director of Butlers and Villas. Their support in the administration and organization of the department's human and material resources is essential for the department's smooth operation. Additionally, due to their operational knowledge, they will be capable of performing and assisting Butlers and Villa Hosts in their duties whenever required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the highest quality of guest service at all points of contact, consistently demonstrating warmth, courtesy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures with the utmost courtesy and efficiency
  • Keep the guest calendar updated and aligned with reservations in Opera
  • Conduct guest relations activities in order to gather information and update guest profiles in Opera
  • Ensure that the team has all necessary supplies to carry out daily operations effectively

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of all areas related to the position, including Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
  • Thorough knowledge of LQA, Forbes, FHR, and Centurion standards to effectively train and provide feedback to Luxury Butlers and Villa Hosts
  • Proficient knowledge of the systems and programs required for the role: Opera, Alice, Sertifi, Outlook, E-SASA, ABRHIL, and TRANSAKCIO
  • General knowledge of the various activities and restaurants within and outside the resort in order to provide accurate suggestions and recommendations to guests when interacting with them
