Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Villa & Banqueting Supervisor position to join the Food and Beverage Team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco. As Villa & Banqueting Supervisor, you will ensure that all the outlets and events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all outlets and events operate successfully and are profitable
  • Ensure associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service
  • Work closely with Outlet Managers in a supportive manner
  • Ensure Food and Beverage associates work flexibly with other departments
  • Assist in managing team performance to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Know and apply LQA standards
  • Maintain Rosewood standards at a superior level
  • Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner
  • Ensure positive communication with associates and managers
  • Identify and participate in fulfilling internal training needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
  • At least 2 years in similar position
  • Knowledge of LQA/Forbes standards
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system
  • Strong written and spoken Italian and English
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Refined manners
  • Exceptional communication skills
