Job Responsibility:
Work with our large Build to Rent portfolios and conduct viewings with prospective renters on a daily basis
Provide strong customer service to prospective renters prior, during and post viewings
Showcase your knowledge and expertise, by highlighting the unique qualities of our properties
Diligently and comprehensively record data for client reporting
In quieter times jump on the phone to answer further inquiries
Work in partnership with our Account Management teams and Operations teams to get the best out of our properties and operating processes
Head down to our London office on a quarterly basis to connect with the wider team for training and team events
