As a VIE Trainer & Project Coordinator, you will join the Accor Academy and actively contribute to the deployment of training programs and the coordination of Learning & Development projects across the region. This role combines training delivery, project coordination, and operational support, offering a unique opportunity to develop both facilitation and project management skills in an international environment.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) to various audiences
Adapt training content to participants' needs and context
Ensure a high-quality and impactful learning experience
Collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs
Support the planning and execution of Learning & Development projects
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Contribute to the development of new learning initiatives and programs
Track project progress and performance indicators
Coordinate the logistics of training sessions (planning, materials, participants)
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (trainers, hotels, providers)
Support administrative follow-up and reporting of training activities
Contribute to internal communication and promotion of training programs
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to facilitate groups and engage diverse audiences
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong team spirit and adaptability
Comfortable with digital tools and learning platforms
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, HR, Education, or related field)
First experience in training, facilitation, or project management (internships included)
Strong interest in Learning & Development
Experience in presenting and ideally in facilitating a training
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Fluent English and French is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
