Job Responsibility:
Lead video projects from concept to completion, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and audio balancing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, product, events) to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
Create mood boards, storyboards, and scripts to guide production
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout project phases to ensure alignment and approvals
Produce high-quality video and motion graphic assets that drive engagement and meet performance goals
Manage multiple projects and maintain an efficient creative pipeline to meet deadlines
Apply expertise in camera operation, composition, and lighting for studio and on-location shoots
Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, audio gear, and lighting setups
Stay ahead of industry trends and share innovative ideas with the team
Travel as needed to capture in-house events at global locations
Requirements:
Eight years (8) of experience in video production, editing, and motion design
Proven ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver videos that adhere to brand guidelines
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
Exceptional problem-solving skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Knowledge of Final Cut Pro is required for current editing setup
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Nice to have:
Knowledge of 3ds Max or Unreal is a plus
Aviation marketing experience is an asset
