Job Description

We’re looking for a talented videographer & editor to join us and elevate our visual content across platforms. You will be responsible for creating impactful video content that tells the story of multiple brands—producing, shooting, editing, and enhancing short-form and long-form videos, motion graphics, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a hands-on creative professional who is comfortable managing end-to-end video production, including client shoots, internal content, and multi-location coverage.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle professional camera equipment to shoot high-quality videos
  • Plan and execute shoots for reels, interviews, culture videos, product showcases, client projects, and event coverage
  • Manage client shoots and brand shoots
  • Create and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Operate drones for capturing aerial footage when required
  • Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools
  • Design animations and motion graphics
  • Manage tasks such as sound design, color grading, and captioning
  • Create high-quality AI-generated videos, ads, and visual content
  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop graphics for videos, thumbnails, and promotions
  • Produce content for both short-form and long-form videos
  • Travel to other cities to capture events, office culture, and on-ground footage
  • Organize and manage raw footage, final edits, and project files
  • Coordinate and deliver video content for different brands

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and motion design
  • Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras (Canon preferred), lighting, and sound equipment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant tools
  • Experience handling client shoots and professional production environments
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar
  • Ability to use AI for video generation, editing, enhancement, and creative storytelling
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills

  • Knowledge of drone operation
  • Experience with drone operation for capturing unique perspectives
  • Knowledge of photography and image editing tools
