We are seeking a Videographer and Content Creator to join our team. In this role you will lead the creation and management of engaging video and digital content to promote the College across a range of online channels. You will manage content projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating filming, photography, editing, and stakeholder involvement to produce high-quality campaigns that support marketing objectives. Working independently and as part of the wider Marketing and Communications team, you will identify content opportunities, create compelling multimedia content, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time. You will utilise your skills in videography, photography, graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing to enhance the College’s profile and engage key audiences, while building strong relationships with staff, students, and external partners. Job Responsibility
Plan, organise, coordinate, film, produce and edit engaging video content for a range of marketing campaigns
Content should be adapted for use across multiple digital channels using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Managing all aspects of video shoots, including scheduling, liaising with staff and students, sourcing locations, coordinating contributors and ensuring content is delivered to agreed deadlines
Take photographs and videos for a range of digital and print campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of content to add to the media library
You will have responsibility for content creation with good working knowledge of digital marketing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Working closely with the team to develop campaigns from concept to completion, adhering to timely production schedules
This includes developing and implementing an ongoing digital marketing strategy
To work independently, taking responsibility for planning, organising and managing your own workload, identifying priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering agreed objectives
Involvement in creative process, production, booking and scheduling of digital content across the college’s social media sites and other online marketing platforms
Requirements
Must be experienced in producing video and/or digital media content using DSLR cameras
Experience creating and managing digital content for social and digital media channels for marketing purposes
Substantial experience of using video-editing software (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Proven experience using image editing and design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
Proven experience of using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube for marketing purposes
A good working knowledge of MS office (or a similar software package) and desktop publishing skills
Degree in Creative, Digital, or Web-based Media or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
2 years’ experience working in a digital marketing environment
