Cella by Randstad Digital is currently seeking a talented Video Producer/ Editor to support one of our premier corporate clients. This is an exciting 6-month opportunity for a creative professional who excels at capturing high-impact video content and transforming it into polished, educational, and promotional stories. In this role, you will act as a key creative partner, managing the end-to-end production process—from technical on-site filming to final post-production. Job Responsibility:
Production Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to define project objectives, develop storyboards, and manage shoot schedules
On-Site Filming: Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage at various locations, including industrial and construction environments
Technical Direction: Direct talent and subjects on-camera to ensure natural and effective delivery of key messages
Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling videos, applying color correction, sound balancing, and light motion graphics
Final Delivery: Integrate music, subtitles, and closed captioning
deliver final assets in various formats optimized for multiple platforms
Asset Management: Organize and archive video files systematically to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience in video production or a related field, specifically within a corporate environment
Advanced skills in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording, paired with mastery of professional video editing software
Demonstrated ability to film safely and effectively at construction or industrial worksites
A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to bring complex ideas to life through visual media
Must possess a valid passport and be available for travel within Canada, the U.S., and Europe
Must provide and maintain your own professional-grade filming and editing equipment
Strong time-management and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
