Join our team as a Video Post-Production Workflow Expert and help redefine how AI understands professional video editing. In this unique role, you’ll leverage your expertise in OpenShot and Shotcut to showcase your authentic editing workflow from raw footage to final export. Your real-world problem-solving, sequencing, and narrative timing will directly inform the next generation of intelligent editing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate and articulate your end-to-end video post-production process using OpenShot or Shotcut
  • Organize, label, and manage raw video assets efficiently for streamlined editing workflows
  • Apply narrative timing skills to structure stories with compelling pacing and visual flow
  • Refine rough cuts, evaluate transitions, and solve visual challenges as they arise
  • Communicate your decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing, to document workflow rationale
  • Collaborate with the research team by providing actionable feedback on workflow capture and AI learning requirements
  • Showcase creative approaches to common post-production obstacles, adding value beyond technical execution

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in video editing with OpenShot and/or Shotcut on professional projects
