Job Responsibility:
Edit video content across multiple formats including broadcast, social, OLVs, and branded content, taking scripts and creative direction to bring edits to life independently
Shoot and edit social-first content across platforms
Set up and execute small studio shoots for content capture
Create motion graphics and dynamic edits that elevate storytelling
Execute basic audio mixing and sound clean-up
Apply basic color correction and finishing passes
Deliver high-quality edits under tight timelines
Partner closely with Creative teams and Producers to refine storytelling, jumping between scrappy, fast-turn content and larger, planned productions
Receive and implement constructive feedback with professionalism and speed
Manage multiple edits simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized project files and efficient workflows
Requirements:
Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (required)
Proven experience editing under tight timelines
Ability to handle basic audio mixing and color correction
Strong storytelling instincts and creative imagination
Confidence shooting on both mobile and DSLR/video equipment
Comfort working both independently and within a small team environment
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Passion for impactful creative and desire to grow professionally
The knowledge and instincts typically built through a combination of education/formal training and 1–3 years of editing experience
