Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Video Content & Operations Specialist to produce engaging and conversion-focused short videos for the UK study abroad sector. You will be responsible for the full cycle of content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across major Chinese short-video platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Media, New Media, Marketing, Education, or related fields
  • Familiar with Chinese short-video platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Kuaishou, etc.) and user behavior
  • Prior experience in video production or operations within education, study abroad, or agency industries is preferred
  • Proficient in video shooting and editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Able to analyze data to optimize content for lead generation and conversion
  • Highly creative, skilled at presenting complex study-abroad information in an engaging and consult-driven manner
  • Results-oriented with strong execution ability
