  • Resource Coordination: Participate in resource allocation and project planning
  • drive the budget and resourcing needs for assigned projects
  • Production Logistics: Organize and lead pre-production meetings, identify legal or clearance concerns, and troubleshoot challenges

Requirements:

  • In-House Agency Experience: Proven experience working within an in-house agency or corporate video production team
  • Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage 4–6 video projects at a time, moving them from brief through to final delivery
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing and animation, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Agile Mindset: The ability to be agile and quickly understand technical source documentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio that showcases projects you have driven for enterprise-level clients
  • Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with SmartSheets or Asana, and collaboration tools such as Frame.io and Miro
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong interest in the digital infrastructure, SaaS, or Data Centre sectors
  • Educational Background: A degree in Design, Film, or Creative Writing
