Requirements:
Substantial experience and a proven track record in attendance and behaviour
Experienced senior leader or highly capable emerging leader with ambition and potential to progress to principalship
High expectations, emotional maturity, strong strategic instincts
Belief that great leadership can transform an academy
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
