We are looking for an experienced Vice President to lead customer growth strategies and oversee acquisition channels for multiple brands. This role requires a leader with a strong background in scaling subscription-based consumer brands and efficiently managing large media budgets. The ideal candidate will drive impactful business decisions using advanced attribution models and ensure optimal performance across diverse marketing channels.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee acquisition strategies and performance across multiple brands, ensuring revenue, volume, and efficiency goals are met
Manage and allocate large-scale media budgets to maximize business output and growth
Develop and implement data-driven decisions that balance efficiency, scalability, and long-term customer value
Partner with finance and analytics teams to forecast and measure performance accurately
Lead acquisition initiatives across channels such as linear TV, paid social media, search platforms, and emerging digital spaces
Continuously reallocate media spend across channels to optimize blended efficiency and overall business impact
Apply robust attribution methods to evaluate multi-channel ecosystems and the influence of TV investments on digital outcomes
Build and nurture a high-performing team of senior managers and channel owners, fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making
Drive testing frameworks and incrementality analyses to inform investment strategies
Ensure strategic alignment between creative, offers, media mix, and subscription models to optimize unit economics
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, in senior leadership
Proven track record of scaling subscription-based consumer brands through impactful marketing strategies
Expertise in managing substantial media budgets and achieving aggressive acquisition targets
Strong analytical skills with a focus on media measurement, attribution, and incrementality
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Proficiency in leveraging customer lifetime value and cost variance data to inform marketing strategies
Experience in creating integrated growth engines across TV, digital, and marketplace channels
