  • Ensure programs launch with clear ownership, success criteria, governance structures, and scalable delivery practices
  • Maintain enterprise visibility into program risks, technical dependencies, delivery confidence, and sequencing constraints across the portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional mitigation efforts and executive-level decision forums to support informed trade-offs and timely resolution of risks
  • Provide concise, credible reporting on program health, readiness, risks, and delivery confidence to SVP and C-suite audiences
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Business, Ads, Content, and Sales leaders to ensure Go-To-Market readiness is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Translate technical milestones, dependencies, and execution risks into business-relevant timelines tied to product launches, revenue events, partner commitments, and customer experience outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between engineering execution and commercial initiatives impacting subscription management, customer growth, marketing engagement, and platform adoption
  • Support cross-functional coordination required to launch major initiatives that directly influence revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Ensure best practices and repeatable processes for requirements definition, planning, and delivery governance
  • Drive the use of Jira and related tooling to ensure traceability from strategic roadmap initiatives to engineering execution
  • Guide the appropriate funneling of requirements into engineering backlogs through collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and business stakeholders
  • Lead program reviews and cross-domain planning forums to maintain alignment on priorities, delivery health, and execution expectations
  • Ensure TPM-led governance practices enable engineering teams to deliver efficiently while maintaining enterprise-level visibility and accountability
