The Vice President is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a segment-wide project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving operational excellence through standardized project management practices. This role leads a multi-faceted team in delivering high-impact implementations and projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide key leadership and hands-on guidance to a team of professionals with responsibilities for implementing large scale, intricate outsourced services in collaboration with an Enterprise Technology Project Management Office
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide programs, advising executive leadership on priorities, resources, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee high-impact implementations with strong governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration, transparent communication, and proactive change management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise PMOs or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership, with strong communication skills and ability to lead cross functional team to meet established timelines and outcomes
