Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a high performing, multimarket sales team across Western Europe

  • Extensive experience in Financial institutions who serve SME’s, with proven success delivering growth in complex, multicountry environments
  • Demonstrable understanding of SME needs, payment trends and regulatory contexts across Western Europe
  • Track record of managing and motivating diverse, high performing teams
  • Skilled at building strategic partnerships and engaging senior level stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to craft and deliver compelling client propositions
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills being fluent in English
  • proficiency in at least one additional European language preferred
  • Willingness to travel across European markets as required
