To actively contribute to the company vision to Put the World on Vacation by meeting defined business objectives and budgeted profit targets for their designated sales region This role will oversee the sale of Club Wyndham South Pacific and Accor Vacation Club products in the South Pacific region. The Vice President of Sales is responsible for efficient financial management, succession planning and retention strategies, and working with their Project Directors to meet site goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the region to achieve key sales metrics (closing %, tour efficiency, rescission rates, ASP, sales volume, lead generation)
Establish site sales goals and ensure the region meets required revenue and profit outcomes
Profitability Review sales, marketing, and financial reports to monitor performance, address gaps, and ensure regional profitability
Support, inspire, and guide sales teams
manage KPIs for senior sales staff
develop succession and talent strategies
Maintain current compliance licenses and certifications
uphold company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Review budgets and manage variances for membership sales, commissions, facility costs, and key sales metrics
Model company values (Hospitality, Engagement, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork)
build a strong team attitude and support community relations
Effectively prepare monthly plan reviews, communicate clearly with peers and leaders, and demonstrate strong leadership behaviour
Requirements:
Proven leadership, coaching and performance management skills
Ability to recognise financial trends and their application to the business, and to put in place plans to enhance the profitability of the region
