We are seeking a Sales Lead to drive complex transformation opportunities for VOIS’s most strategic Vodafone markets, group entities and joint ventures. This individual will shape compelling commercial propositions, lead matrixed sales cycles end‑to‑end, and strengthen VOIS’s position by aligning solutions to customer objectives while ensuring profitable growth. The role requires a customer‑centric approach, strong commercial insight and the ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Provide thought leadership, innovative deal structuring and sales expertise to enable growth while responsibly managing risk
Lead the customer journey from pre‑qualification and deal shaping through negotiation, contracting and seamless transition into in‑life management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design compelling win strategies and ensure alignment across all functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across VOIS and Vodafone entities to support large, complex bids
Support customer teams to originate new business and ensure a robust, strategically aligned pipeline
Contribute to the enhancement of VOIS sales processes, operating models and governance frameworks to accelerate growth
Requirements:
Experienced in leading customer engagements with a strong understanding of sales processes and best‑practice methodologies
Demonstrated ability to deliver results within matrix structures and lead virtual, onshore/offshore teams
Skilled in making balanced decisions while managing diverse priorities and personalities
Experienced in high‑stakes negotiation, including with C‑level stakeholders
Adept at identifying and mitigating risks throughout the bid lifecycle
Brings over 15 years of experience in global organisations and in Commercial, Sales or Operations leadership
Data‑driven with strong analytical capability and insight orientation
Knowledgeable about competitive market dynamics and credible when advising senior executive stakeholders
Experienced in navigating organisational complexity, ideally within Vodafone or similar global structures
