Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President, Sales Advertiser Solutions to own and grow Genius Sports’ commercial partnership with Omnicom and its agency ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving revenue, deepening senior-level relationships, and leading a team of sellers focused on delivering innovative sports advertising solutions to the world’s largest brands.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow revenue across Omnicom agencies by engaging senior planning, investment, and client leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner across Omnicom, including agency leadership, Optimum Sports, and OMnet
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan aligned to revenue goals, product roadmap, and priority leagues
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of sellers with clear accountability and efficient coverage
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Account Management, and Operations to shape advertiser solutions
  • Deliver compelling product narratives, presentations, and demonstrations tied to brand outcomes
  • Own pipeline strategy, forecasting, and performance management through Salesforce
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, agency dynamics, and competitive offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive client forums

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with leadership experience
  • Proven success selling innovative, data-driven advertising solutions
  • Strong understanding of agency holding company structures and workflows
  • Ability to build senior executive relationships across agencies and brands
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing teams, pipelines, and revenue forecasts
