Pebl is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations & Strategy to architect, modernize, and scale the systems, insights, and processes that power Pebl’s go-to-market engine. This role is not about maintaining what exists. You will operate as both a strategic architect and quarters-ahead partner to the CRO and a deeply hands-on builder who rolls up their sleeves to design, automate, and execute.

Requirements:
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership roles
Experience restructuring, not just scaling, a $100M+ ARR GTM organization
A track record of lifting forecast accuracy and designing capacity models that match reality
Demonstrated success shortening sales cycles and increasing conversion
Deep expertise in Salesforce (architecture + automation), Gong, BI/analytics platforms
Experience in tech-forward and AI-influenced sales environments
