Job Responsibility

  • Drive Sales & Profitability: Own sales, profitability, and productivity results across all stores and regions
  • Deliver performance against KPIs including sales, sales per square foot, conversion, units per transaction, gross margin, and labor productivity
  • Provide disciplined P&L leadership, balancing top-line growth with expense and wage optimization
  • Lead Store Operations & Execution: Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, service model, visual merchandising, and operational processes
  • Lead store tasking optimization by streamlining daily operations, influencing team workflows, and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Visual Merchandising to optimize assortments and floor sets by store format and customer mission
  • Continuously evaluate store productivity and lead improvement actions for underperforming locations
  • Champion Customer & Omni-Channel Experience: Lead the in-store customer experience strategy to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and conversion
  • Partner with digital and corporate teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience
  • Build High-Performance Teams: Build, coach, and inspire senior field leadership teams
  • Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Lead succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building
  • Partner Across Business: Collaborate with Marketing on traffic-driving initiatives and campaign execution

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including senior executive accountability
  • Proven success leading large, multi-region retail fleets with P&L ownership
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and execution mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and inspire high-performing teams
  • Experience partnering with Real Estate and Finance on portfolio decisions
  • Bilingual (English and French) able to lead teams across Canada
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Quebec-based preferred
