Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tools that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget and are high quality
  • Partner with Engineering, Business, and Operations project sponsors to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role
  • Managing programs and projects in an investment bank or at a financial services firm
  • Translating business requirements into engineering deliverables
  • Analyzing complex data sets to determine themes, root cause analysis, and solution design, including process analysis
  • Managing projects including, project scope definition, project issues, challenges, risks definition, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle, providing succinct status updates to senior stakeholders, and influencing decisions
