Develop and implement product vision and strategy, specifically tailored for stock broking products and platforms
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance within the securities and financial markets
Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering domain-specific knowledge and excellence
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver stock broking solutions aligned with business goals
Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the stock broking sector to identify opportunities and risks
Build, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, supporting proposals with relevant business cases and cost-benefit analyses
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to stock broking products, regularly reporting to executive stakeholders
Serve as a leading advocate for the stock broking product suite internally and externally, communicating vision and updates

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Mandatory: Direct work experience in stock broking, including a deep understanding of trading platforms, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the brokerage industry
