As a Vice President and Prime Account Manager within Citi's Prime Services, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the overall client experience for our most valued clients. This position is central to driving organic revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting active participation across our comprehensive suite of Prime Brokerage products, including Cash, Synthetic, and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage. You will be instrumental in fostering client efficiency and operational best practices, contributing directly to the strategic objectives of our Institutional Client Group.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure exceptional client experience across all Prime Services offerings for existing clients
Identify, lead, and collaborate with Origination Sales to drive growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio
Proactively manage and coordinate key client issues and requests, taking accountability for escalations
Conduct periodic client reviews to assess overall satisfaction, address concerns, and manage evolving requirements
Drive continuous enhancement of Citi's products and services through client feedback and market insights
Provide robust risk management oversight, ensuring clients operate within prescribed risk parameters and limits
Requirements:
Prior experience in Cash, Swap, and/or Fixed Income Prime Brokerage
Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, ideally within Prime businesses
