Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide philanthropy operations systems, policies, and workflows
  • Direct functions including data and gift processing, donor services, analytics, prospect research, and CRM technology
  • Ensure philanthropy operations across all regional foundations are aligned with enterprise standards and compliant with legal, ethical, and audit requirements
